Privacy Policy
AMD is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.) is collected to better serve you and to contact you about orders. Financial information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.) is collected in to bill you for products and services. Transactions are completed on secure servers. We are committed to maintaining your personal information responsibly and do not sell or share it with third parties.

If you give us your email address, we will send you emails about promotions. To remove yourself from our mailing list, simply send us an email here with “remove” as the subject line.

AMD may update this privacy policy at any time and post any updates on this site. The use of information collected is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time of use.

Repairs
We will repair damaged merchandise. Should you require a repair, please contact customer service by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Please include this number when you ship the item to us for repair.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise (including original tags) for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be accompanied by a return authorization number obtained prior to the return. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receiving it, so please insure your mailing. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, however, we will correct flaws at our expense. Refunds will be given in the form of original payment.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Forms of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment for your order: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Sales Tax
All Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax for purchases.

Shipping
Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that out of stock or backordered items may take longer, however your credit card will not be charged until the time of shipping. Shipping and handling charges include delivery charges and safe packaging of your order, and include tracking numbers. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the contiguous United States.

Custom Designs
We are happy to do custom designs for you. Please email us with the details of what you are looking for and we will do our best to meet your needs. Each custom order will be priced based on materials and labor.

Did you fall in love with a necklace, bracelet or earrings on our website, but want a different length? No problem! Just email us with your request and we will send you information on the additional pricing for that item.

About to make that special trip down the aisle? We love bridal orders! Please contact us for information about custom designs for the bride or as a unique gift for your bridal party.

Wholesale Orders
Please contact us here for wholesale orders. Orders take from 4 to 6 weeks to fill and require a 50% deposit on all wholesale orders at the time the order is placed. Payment balance is due within 14 days of receiving invoice. Please note that a minimum of $500 is required for all wholesale orders and require a valid merchant ID to open a wholesale account.
