Because each of our pieces are made by hand in our studio in Houston, Texas, the process can take a bit longer than a mass-produced large merchant’s items might. That is part of our ethos and we firmly believe the time and attention to detail required is well worth the wait. Orders can take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped, particularly if the item you select is made to order, however, most of our orders ship within 48 hours. Shipping and handling charges include our signature packaging, delivery of your item and insurance during transport. Upon shipping, we will send you a tracking number so that you can see your package each step of its way to you.
