Shipping & Returns
Elegantly simple, high-quality designs and outstanding customer service are our top goals at Andrea Montgomery Designs. Because each of our pieces are made by hand in our studio in Houston, Texas, the process can take a bit longer than a mass-produced large merchant’s items might. That is part of our ethos and we firmly believe the time and attention to detail required is well worth the wait. Orders can take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped, particularly if the item you select is made to order, however, most of our orders ship within 48 hours. Shipping and handling charges include our signature packaging, delivery of your item and insurance during transport. Upon shipping, we will send you a tracking number so that you can see your package each step of its way to you. Should you need your items sooner or by a guaranteed date, please email or call us to let us know. We are happy to help in any way we can!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise (including original tags) for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be accompanied by a return authorization number obtained prior to the return. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receiving it, so please insure your mailing. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, however, we will correct flaws at our expense. Refunds will be given in the form of original payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
